Step-by-Step Instructions
Note: If necessary, a small incision can be made to facilitate the insertion process.
Common User Errors
Error | Solution |
Tip protector not removed before powering on | • If device zeros after protector removal, continue using • If device fails to zero or pressures are not as expected, replace device |
Inserted device before powering on | • If introducer is still attached and device has not been powered on, remove it, power on, re-insert • If device is fully deployed and powered on inside the muscle, remove and replace device |
Removed sensor with introducer (did not rotate introducer 180°) | • Re-insert if the sensor is still hooked • Replace device if the sensor is unhooked |
Lead wire removed when adjusting device | • Secure lead wire with dressing immediately after insertion • Replace device if the sensor is removed accidentally |
Device sensor holes covered during use | • Expose sensors, continue monitoring |

Non-Critical Errors
3: Lifetime Exceeded (>18 hours) | Use beyond this point is off-label |
4: Outside Operating Pressure Range | The absolute pressure reading from sensors is outside operating pressure range. Disregard the pressure values while error sign is visible. |

Understanding the MY01 Application Display
Connecting to the MY01 unit
If the unit does not immediately appear on the “active” tab, swipe down on the screen to refresh and scan for nearby MY01 units.
Once the unit appears, verify the device identifier matches on both the application and unit display.
Tap on the unit in the app to connect. If connecting for the first time, confirm pairing PIN matches PIN on unit display.
Bluetooth mark will appear on application and unit display when connected.
Evaluation Perfusion Pressure in the App
Navigate to the data and trend display for the active unit.
Tap on “Diastolic Entry” in the upper left and input the patient’s diastolic blood pressure. Select date and time and confirm with checkmark (✓).
A confirmation message will pop up.
Use “Copy to Device” if using multiple units to monitor one patient (ex. multi-limb evaluation)
Tap “Set New Reminder” to receive a notification for when you would like to update the diastolic entry again
